We Guarantee you will Love your original portraits or we return the fee. Before we begin any work on a portrait order, we make sure you love the original portraits and that you have a signed and dated order. If you do not love the original portraits we write a check to you for one hundred percent of your session fee.

We allow an unlimited amount of time for you to make sure you make the right decisions for your portrait sizes and finishes. When an order is placed we begin work per instructions from the client. Because of the tremendous amount of work before printing, changes cannot be made after this appointment as the order goes into production immediately. In the rare event that a client is not happy with the color or artwork in the finished portrait, we will gladly remake and reprint the portrait (per client modifications) at no additional charge.

Portrait Descriptions

Original Portraits are right out of the camera, with absolutely no retouch, artwork or color corrections. They are similar to proofs (before the digital revolution). Original portraits are helpful for editing purposes and to decide which images are to become finished portraits.

Finished Portraits are fully color corrected and Guaranteed for 100 years for color fidelity. There are three types of finished portraits, see below.

Custom Portraits are fully color corrected. They are used for some children, babies or models when skin is already flawless or when makeup is good enough that a client feels there is no need for retouching blemishes or eye bags.

Master Portraits are color corrected and fully retouched for blemishes and bags under the eyes. Skin is smoothed to a beautiful yet natural looking complexion by softening of lines and wrinkles in face, neck, arms, and anywhere skin is exposed. Portrait larger than ten inch are mounted.

Fine Art Portraits are the best portraits available. They receive all the work of a Master Portrait plus any enhancements necessary to achieve an idealized yet natural look for the subjects. Weight reduction, slimming, and hair thickening or hair replacement are possible. Backgrounds and natural settings are enhanced as well as anything necessary to create a beautiful work of art. Fine Art Wall portraits are printed on Canvas or any of our finest finishes or both, as client specifies. They are mounted to Plexiglas or Masonite for durability or mounted on Canvas and stretched on a Stretcher frame.
